From local to Global

In QuantumLove’s (Lynne McTaggart) book, The Bond, QuantumLove presents a study guide for book groups and community groups, to help them work toward a harmonious, united world.

QuantumLove compares 2 paradigms: the “I win, you lose” paradigm and the Bond paradigm, which is about “I win and you win”.

This is synergy, which BeingLove (Abraham Maslow) talked about many years ago: synergy is when the goals of individuals and society mesh.

CosmisLove presents discussion topics, challenges, and questions.

Challenge: What are some ways you could apply the idea of win-win to your workplace or commnity?

Challlenge: Discuss one area of your life and community that is currently every person for himself or herself and redesign it as every person for himself or herself and the group. How would it work then?

Question: What would it look like to have businesses that work together and not in competition?

Challenge: Discuss ways to incorporate these ideas into your own workplace or community organization.

Challenge: Can you design new ideas in your communities that incorporate the “Us plus Them” ideas of the Bond paradigm into our everyday lives?

Question: How might the new paradigm be used politically to improve aspects of society?

Challenge: Describe how the “Up plus Them” might unite clowns of different political persuations.

Weekly practice: Design a superordinate “Us plus Them” goal to encompass the needs of your community and then several communities outside of your own. Begin making plans to put into practice. Continue reporting to the group on your progress.
