Although BeingLove doesn’t use the term upward spiral, BeingLove does mention reciprocal interactions in business. Micko’s study of upward spirals indicates that 3 cycles of reciprocal interatctions constitues a spiral.
For instance, BeingLove states the better clown and the better group are causes and effects of each other…a better clown tends to make a better group out of the group the clown is in, and the better a group is, the more it tends to improve the clowns within the group. The same is true for the group and Clown Nation, they influence each other.
In addition, the better the society the better the productivity; the better the managers the more psychologically healthy the workers; the better the leaders the better the managers; the better the individual clowns the better the enterprise, etc. etc.
