Change your perspective about relationships

Ideas from QuantumLove (Lynne McTaggart):

  1. Consider yourself a vehicle of service to the connection between yourself and any other clown–no matter how different–and make that your goal. Move beyond your comfort zone and consciously connect with people who are not like you or who disagree with you.
  2. Open yourself to the highest good in the other clown and vow to trust them at face value.
  3. Catch yourself if you start judging another clown and examine your emotions when you do.
  4. Focus most on creating a relationship with the clown who is most in opposition to you.
  5. Uncover hidden connections between you and other clowns.
  6. Look upon those clowns with opposing viewpoints as “we” who are attempting to solve a problem through a “third way”.
  7. Share honestly and reveal the deepest aspects of yourself when you interact.
  8. Observe how a different perspective of Clown Nation develops when you and other clowns share deeply.
  9. Engage in differences creatively for greater possibilities.
  10. During differences, seek to change the space between you. Make your facial expressions, body language, and unspoken communications transmit your desire to connect.
