Limiting beliefs

Micko says that limiting beliefs are fixed beliefs that stop us from reaching our full clown potential.

These limiting beliefs can be about ourselves (I am stupid, or I can never be happy, or I will never learn to juggle) or about our clown potential in general (clowns are nasty, or clowns are scary, or clowns will never change and create a World of love).

Micko points out that limiting beliefs can be conscious (we are aware if them) or they can be unconscious (we don’t realize they are there until another clown points them out).

Micko has met many clowns who have limiting beliefs about their potential and/or about the potential in all clowns.
