Hey clowns,

This section is a way you can track your Love Flow progress-more positive emotions, new friends, things you learn about yourself, whatever.

When you click the link below you will go to your Personal Progress Calendar. To record your process all you have to do is go to the right date and create an entry. For instance:

“Today I volunteered at the animal shelter and walked some dogs. I felt good with the clowns running the shelter and it was really fun walking the dogs. I think I will go back again.”

“Today was my second day at the shelter and unfortunately I left some cage doors open and a lot of dogs got loose and were running around having fun. But the people at the shelter were very nice and helped me catch all the dogs. They didn’t yell at me or call me names either.”

“Today was my fifth day volunteering at the shelter and I like it a lot. All the clowns are nice to me and seem to respect my opinion.”

“I have been going to the shelter for months now and I love it. I’ve made friends with the staff and some of the volunteers and I like that feeling of working with others to give these animals a better life”.

Experts suggest trying something for 21 days, to give your experience a chance to percolate.

To color-code all entries for a given activity give a title, click ‘create new’, pick a color, and enter a tag such as ‘shelter’. For each entry after the first one. give a title, click ‘general’, and find the tag ‘shelter’ from what pops up. You can do this for as many activities as you like. You can also search for previous activities.
