-encourage all clowns to participate
-work with clowns who like to dominate discussions to allow other clowns to talk. Help them learn to encourage more timid clowns to talk more.

-help all clowns learn to be part of process of making sure all clowns have a chance to speak.
-be careful with clowns who are extremely timid. Don’t overdo trying to get them to speak. Consider working with them individually on this.
