Scaffolding.

You probably already know this, but if not Micko asks you to make sure you are helping your younger clowns take charge of their learning process as much as possible, especially in the decision making process.

The clown may need assistance, and that is where your role comes in.

It’s not an easy job finding the right balance of helping and stepping back. But it a very important way to help your younger clowns learn and grow. And, because it requires a great deal of  creativity it is a great way for you to learn and grow!
