Your Upward Spiral

LoveBlossoms has written and done research on upward spirals, in fact LoveBlossoms’s work with upward spirals helped Micko go from being a totally confused clown to a partly confused clown. When in Clown College Micko wrote his big paper on Upward spirals of positive well-being. The way to start your Upward Spiral is to study the intervention cycle and start trying your own Love Experiments. this will get you started maximizing your Love Flow.

The basic idea of upward spirals is that positive events will lead to more positive events, which will then lead to more positive events. For instance, you try a Love Experiment and you feel better afterward, which leads to more motivation to do more Love Experiments, and after more Love Experiments you realize your self confidence has improved along with more positive emotions and increased motivation to continue Love Experiments.

Some researchers have suggested that 3 cycles of back and forth increases in positive outcomes becomes an upward spiral.
