Increase positive Love Flow

Before we get into your Love Experiments, Micko suggests you learn the following intervention cycle for trying things out.

Then choose some Love Experiments to try from the Table below.

Intervention cycle

There are several similar intervention cycles out there. Micko has devised an intervention cycle focusing on increasing or improving Love Flow.

Plan
Choose what you would like to try, from the possible Love Experiments.

Prime the pump
For each Love Experiment you try, prime the pump by framing your Swarm Identity:
“I’m increasing my Love Flow, doing it my way, and I’m working with others to create a world of Love.

Act
Execute strategy.

Review outcomes.
Use your Lovesight to see what’s happening with your Love Flow.

Your Self outcomes: any positive emotions emerging? How’s your motivation to keep trying? ,How would you rate your performance?, How about your self-image, self- esteem, and self-efficacy?

Outcomes related to Others: Did you get a sense of what others were feeling or thinking? Did you sense a shift in your mutual connection?

What about your outcomes concerning your place in our World? Did you appreciate that you were adding Love to the World, or feeling part of something larger? If you did something with a group, did you feel any camaraderie?

Reiterate positives.
It’s very important to reiterate all positive outcomes. This brings them fully into consciousness and reinforces them. It helps to build confidence and motivation, and importantly, it creates new neural pathways in your brain!. and makes positive thoughts and behaviors more automatic!

Revise Plan or continue?
What do you think? Continue with the Love Experiment you tried? Change or add Love Experiments?

Micko suggests you try eacn Love Experiment at least a few times to give it a chance to stimulate your Love Flow.

Love Experiments

The table below includes many Love Experiments you can try that Micko has collected from the Internet and several Clowns who have influenced Micko’s ideas.

Some Micko got from the Internet, some Micko made up.

LoveBlossoms (Barbara Fredrickson) influenced Micko’s thinking a lot, especially concerning upward spirals and positivity in general. In LoveBlossoms book Positivity, LoveBlossoms presented a Toolkit to increase positivity.

FlowingLove (Daniel Siegel) also influenced Micko a lot, concerning the Clown nervous system and Clown interactions. FlowingLove also presented suggestions in FlowingLove’s book Brainstorm, which is about the power of the teenage brain.

HappyLove (Sonja Lyubomirsky) presented many “Happiness activities” in HappyLove’s book The how of happiness“.

And QuantumLove (Lynne McTaggart), has presented Tools for fixing our Falling-Down World, in QuantumLove’s book The Bond.
