Love Experiments

Micko says clowns can take steps to increase our Love Flow by doing Love Experiments.

Many clowns are already engaging in activities to increase their Clown potential, such as meditation, yoga, mindfulness, journaling, exercise, being in nature, cleaning trash from beaches, and of course, Laughing Yoga.

Not all of these Love Experiments focus directly on Love Flow but due to spiral dynamics Micko believes that they will affect Love Flow. Research shows that many of these interventions do result in beneficial outcomes.

But for each clown, the clown has to decide for themselves if a certain Love Experiment results in increased Love Flow for them.

What activities have you tried to increase your Love Flow and what have your desirable outcomes been?

Your Upward Spiral

Your Upward Spiral

Directions:

Every day, or mostly every day, Micko suggests you do your chosen Love Experiment and monitor your outcomes. If you sense any upward movement in any of the spiral dynamics below, jot a few notes in the appropriate text box describing those changes as best you can.
If positive outcomes, did you sense any causal effect? For instance, you were shoveling poop at the animal shelter and suddenly you realized you were learning a new skill, and that realization made you feel happy! You are witnessing the nitty-gritty of your Upward Spiral!

Even if you don't sense any positive changes (you will later), give yourself postive strokes for committing to increase your Love Flow and increasing World Love Flow.

Love experiments

By each of us increasing our Love Flow, we are adding to World Love Flow.

Think about it: billions of clowns increasing our Love Flow…even in little ways…

The process is very simple, you just try something to increase your Love Flow and see if something positive happens! If you want to see more details of Micko’s intervention click here.

You’ve heard about chaos theory and the butterfly effect?

Imagine Billions of butterflies (or clowns) doing little things that increase Love Flow!

Probe: What are some little things you have done recently that may have increased Love Flow a little bit?

To help you get into the swing of these Love Experiments, Micko will start you off with an easy strategy.

Just watch the following video and then comment on what happened for you.

HI again, ButterCup here.

There are many ways you could choose to increase Love Flow in yourself, others, and our world.

Many of them are listed in the Love Circles below. Check them out and maybe try one or two.

There are six Love Circles, five focusing on specific Love Experiments suggested by major thinkers in Positive Psychology, and one bumbling clown.

Closing block

Redefining the “Primary Action” (The Non-Pushy Way)
You do not need to be pushy to invite engagement. For an intentional community like this, a traditional high-pressure Call to Action (CTA) like “REGISTER NOW” will backfire. Instead, use an Invitation to Belong.
Frame registration, commenting, and joining the forum not as a transaction, but as an act of presence.
Here is a structure for a “From the Heart” closing block by Micko at the end of Page 2:
    • The Vision: Speak directly to the immense potential of a single clown, and the beauty of global connection.
    • The Freedom of Choice: Explicitly state that doing nothing out loud is completely okay. Witnessing is a form of participation.
    • The Invitation: Offer multiple entry points based on comfort level.

Example of Micko’s Closing Invitation Block:
“Every single clown holds a unique spark of this peace. What we can do together as a swarm is beautiful, but it only works if it comes from your own joy and your own choice. There is no pressure here. If you just want to read and breathe with us, you are fully participating. If you feel a spark to share a reflection, drop a comment, or join our forum to plan a swarm, the door is wide open. You decide the pace.”
